12 teams will gain places in the National Heats of the 2007 Nestlé Toque d’Or competition. New for 2007 is each team will compete in their own college, allowing them to perform in familiar surroundings, but still under the watchful eye of experienced high profile judges.
The Grand Finals will take place in one of the most advanced kitchens in the UK. Service will be in an established restaurant that will be customised each day for each one of the Grand Finalists. This means that their dream of running a true restaurant will come alive for the one day of their competition.
The countdown is on to find the next James Martin in this year’s Nestlé Toque d’Or competition. In this its 19th year, Nestlé Toque d’Or is still offering competitors something very special. |
